How To Join

Membership in the Foundation is open to all and we welcome members in different stages of involvement with "Mormons" or "Mormonism".

Are you a:

  1. Former Mormon whose membership in the church has been officially terminated either through formal resignation, name removal, or excommunication?
  2. Never Mormon, with no intention of ever becoming Mormon?
  3. Inactive Mormon, no longer believing in the distinctive fundamental teachings of Mormonism, but not having made any formal exit from the church?
  4. Mormon who sympathizes with and supports the purposes of the Foundation; a person who maintains nominal membership in the church for reasons other than belief in its teachings?
If so, the Foundation may be the place for you.

Dues are $20 per year per person, or $35 per year for two persons at the same address. With your subscription, please indicate to which of the four categories (listed above) you belong. Be sure to include your e-mail address so that you can be subscribed to the members' e-mail announcement list at:
